Elite Program: $275 per 4 week cycle. No start up fee.

This program includes individualized season and race strategy planning, swim video analysis, power and heart rate file analysis, training zones based upon testing, daily workouts, unlimted email contact and a Training peaks account. Your training schedule will be delivered in 2,3 or 4 week blocks depending upon where you are at in your season. An initial athlete-coach phone call is included.
